AA-feb12-CCTV1-125pxSMALL.jpgImages of a man police want to speak to about a stabbing at The O2 last November have been released.

The pictures were taken from CCTV cameras at the venue and show a man fleeing after violence erupted at the Urban Music Awards at the Indigo2 on November 15.

DCI Mark Stockford of Greenwich police is leading the investigation. He said: "This was a shocking attack during a high profile event attended by many people.

"We have spoken to a large number of witnesses, but I am convinced there are still people out there with information who haven't yet come forward. I appeal to them to get in touch with us.

"In particular, I want to hear from anyone who recognises the man pictured, seen running from the scene. He has not yet been identified and may have information vital to the investigation."

AA-feb12-CCTV1WEB.jpgPolice and ambulance crews were called to The O2 at around 10.10pm on Saturday, November 15, after trouble kicked off at the awards.

AA-feb12-CCTV2WEB.jpgA 27-year-old man was stabbed in the neck during the disturbance, while a 22-year-old man suffered minor injuries.
