Norwich 0 Charlton 1

Small in number but loud in voice, the Charlton fans who travelled to Norwich City got what they had waited so long for.
The 1-0 win at Carrow Road was the Addicks first win in 19 matches and the 300 or so away supporters will be hoping it was the day their luck turned.
Too often lately Charlton's defence have failed to hold on to their leads, and when Darren Ambrose gave them the lead after a superb through ball by Nicky Bailey on six minutes, not many would have expected that to be the winning goal.
However, a strong and disciplined defensive performance kept the hosts away from Darren Randolph's goal, as the Addicks stifled the Canaries to secure a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Manager Phil Parkinson made six changes to the side which lost to Nottingham Forest at the weekend, including bringing back the suspended Nicky Bailey and promoting youngster Josh Wright to partner him in midfield.
In a first half of few chances it was Norwich who enjoyed the majority of possession but could not get near the Charlton goal.
In the second half, Randolph was called upon to tip over a Carl Cort header, but apart from that the defence held out to secure victory.
Parkinson said: "Finishing this run was the most important thing for everybody at the club.
"There is a bit of relief and delight. I felt we were disciplined and committed out there and that's what won us the day."
