Crime round up: Second attack near Blackwall Tunnel

Robbers clubbed a young man over the head near the Blackwall Tunnel Approach, in the second attack in the area in 10 days.
The 22-year-old from E14 was walking with a 19-year-old female through the alleyway from Nairn Street to Lochnagar Street when they were jumped by a group of white males.
One hit the victim with a brick or a lump of wood, while another pushed the woman to the ground and ran off with her handbag into Nairn Street.
She lost a mobile phone and other personal items. The victim declined medical aid.
The suspects from the attack - which occurred at 2.25am on Friday (January 9) - are white and between 30 and 40-years-old and 25 to 35-years-old respectively.
It follows a New Year's Eve attack in the area when a couple were mugged and the man was stabbed repeatedly in the face.
