It’s probably not escaped you that an eighth Police Academy film is in the offing.

Steve Guttenberg admits he’s keen to get the project off the ground with the old cast, possibly because he’s had a little more time on his hands than expected when he bailed after the fourth movie.

He’s also after a third Three Men And A Baby film. C’mon Steve, just because you’re having a bad time, that’s no reason to make everyone else suffer.

Cult vampire movie Twilight hasn’t done Kristen Stewart’s profile any harm recently.

But could the young star already be weighing in with the Hollywood-friendly biopic?

Kristen will begin work on the first Twilight sequel, New Moon, early next year. But she’s also being lined up to play ’70s rock star Joan Jett in The Runaways, which tracks the rise and fall of the first successful all-girl rock band.

But for every name like Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead, there’s a clunker like FearDotCom to deal with.

So get ready for the sound of an entire nation slapping its head in disgust when Tommy Lee Wallace's Helliversity turns up on posters.

The low-budget effort follows a gang of American students who are imprisoned inside a university by an evil spirit.
