Crime round-up: Drugs seized in flat raid
Officers swooped on a property in Plimsoll Close as part of a council-funded drugs blitz.
A small amount of herbal cannabis, 60g of cocaine and various drug paraphernalia was seized in the raid, which was executed by East India and Lansbury Safer Neighbourhoods Team on December 9.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
He has been bailed pending further enquiries until February 16 2009.
A black motorbike has been stolen from Canada Square underground car park.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft of the Supermoto 640 bike, which was stolen from the car park on Friday (December 12). The owner, a 38-year-old male from Croydon, had left the bike in the area in the morning, but discovered it was gone on his return at 4.30pm.
