Charlton 2 Derby 2

Charlton fans are beginning to believe they may never see their team win another game as their dismal run continues.
Following 12 games without a win, the Addicks took on Derby County and with 94 minutes on the clock, the points were in the bag.
But then a long throw caused chaos in the Charlton penalty area and Nathan Ellington fired home to steal a draw for the Rams.
Following last week's defeat to Coventry, Charlton caretaker boss Phil Parkinson rang in the changes, leaving out Nicky Weaver, Izale McLeod, Deon Burton, Matt Holland and Keith Gillespie, and replacing them with Rob Elliot, Lloyd Sam, Andy Gray, Martyn Waghorn and Jose Semedo.
Meanwhile Grant Basey stepped in to replace the injured Jay McEveley at left back.
In a dour first half, Charlton carved out the best chance of the early exchanges when Sam beat the Derby defender Przemyslaw Kazmierckak before rifling his shot against the post.
Charlton got their breakthrough on 34 minutes when a cross by Semedo found Gray. He turned the defender and in the same move slotted past the Derby keeper Stephen Bywater.
The second half saw Charlton remain in the ascendancy with Hameur Bouazza coming close twice, first from a free-kick which just went over, and then when he fired over when through on goal.
Up the other end, Derby were thwarted by a good save from Elliot, making his first league start for Charlton.
Returning striker Luke Varney looked to follow-up the shot, but was thwarted by a last-ditch tackle from Basey.
Bywater then saved from Gray when the forward charged through, before Derby equalised.
Ellington scored from the penalty sport on 62 minutes after Semedo had handballed in the area.
However, Charlton's reply was swift. Sam charged down the right and pulled the ball back for Waghorn in space. The young striker's shot was deflected past Bywater and in to the net.
Derby were subdued for much of the following period, although Varney headed over.
But with the game deep into stoppage time, the Addicks were dealt a harsh blow when Ellington struck his second.
