Enjoy in a hurricane glass

Mark Reyes of The Manhattan Bar at The Marriott West India Quay reveals the secret behind his cocktail Peach Mango.

Here is how to make this delicious drink, a marriage of vodka and schnapps at home or head to the hotel to try the tipple.

PEACH MANGO
40ml of Smirnoff vodka
15ml of Peach Schnapps
15ml of peach puree
15ml of lemon juice
15ml of mango juice
35ml of pineapple juice
Six ice cubes
Slice of orange to garnish

Method

Pour the ingredients into the blender with the ice cubes. Blend thoroughly.

Serve in a hurricane glass. For the garnish, cut and twist the orange wheel and place it inside the cocktail.
