HAVING a stressful time at work this week?

Then get yourself down to South Quay as Colin Montgomerie believes bashing some balls around will rid you of those economic blues.

Montgomerie was at the East Wintergarden on Monday, September 8, publicising the Golf in the City event, of which he is a stockholder.

Punters have the chance to win a host of prizes, including a super car for a hole in one.

Montgomerie said: "It's very difficult. Mind you there's an Aston Martin to be won so it's worth it. This will get people out of their offices during the current financial difficulties."

The course has a floating hole in the middle of South Quay, which is approached from three different tees.

It will be in place until Friday, September 12.

Pictured teeing off was golfer Nick Dougherty.
