Treina Fabre, 29, lives in Woolwich. She works as associate director of Teach First.

How did you get into your career...? Lured away from law school into teaching I went on to earn a master’s in public policy and then relocated from the US to help further develop the programme at Teach First.

Tell us a secret...? I can rap all of the lyrics to Sir Mix-A-Lot’s Baby Got Back.

Where do you buy your coffee...? I’m not much of a coffee drinker.

What’s your favourite place in the Wharf...? As a Californian I love taking a break near the Wharf whether that’s down by the Thames or near the fountain in Cabot Square. It’s all good.

What’s the best thing about the Wharf…? The events televised on the summer screen are great, provided the weather is good. Also, the shopping of course.
