Mary j blige and nickelback among big names on the way to the o2
MORE big names from the music world are heading to The O2 this year.
The North Greenwich venue has announced dates for Mary J Blige, Nickelback, and singers Bryan Adams and Leonard Cohen.
The O2 Arena will host Blige on June 3, Cohen on July 17, Nickleback on September 19 and Adams on November 5.
David Campbell, chief executive of AEG Europe, said: “All of these artists are leaders in their musical genres and are must-see concerts for fans.
“The O2 is enjoying a fantastically diverse 2008 calendar and I can’t wait to see these acts play the arena.�
The end of March sees The Eagles open their European tour at The O2 with five nights.
